If there is significant inclement weather in your area (storms with high winds, lightning etc.) that develop during your event and we call you back to the dock canceling or cutting short your outing, you will be provided a partial credit.

The only time we cancel and give full refunds is if The United States Coast Guard issues a SMALL CRAFT advisory for the BAY. However, it's challenging because the weather channels are not always accurate. 30a Pontoon Rental /SRBPR does our absolute best to inform you of developing weather patterns. However, the panhandle is notorious for unexpected weather and things can change quickly and dramatically. Why go by car, when you can go by pontoon boat, enjoy free parking, plus take in the scenery?Ħ & 9 Hour Rentals- Why rent a pontoon boat for only 4 hours when you can get 6 or 9 full hours on the water. If you rent from us, you can be at Crab Island in 45 minutes to 1 hour. Plus it takes 25 minutes to get a boat at the Marina and 20-25 minutes to get to Crab Island. SAVE 2 HOURS: It takes between 60-80 minutes to drive to Destin by car. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend pontoon renters arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure for mandatory instruction and safety training (can take up to 30 mins). If you have reserved a pontoon rental and want to get out of your pontoon boat rental, you must cancel by phone 48 hours before your scheduled rental or you will lose your full amount. When you reserve your pontoon rental boat, it locks out any other potential pontoon rentals. RESERVATION NOTE- Contracts are legally binding.
